30-day returns
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Contact us with your order number before returning anything; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. Report damage, defects or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns or a plug or voltage selected incorrectly by the customer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect products, FAYCAI will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error. Bank processing times vary.
Exceptions
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification. Misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or incompatible voltage use is not covered.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
