Processing
In-stock retail orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized, bulk and OEM/ODM orders follow the production schedule in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Estimated delivery
International retail orders commonly arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Actual timing depends on destination, shipping method, availability and customs clearance. Remote destinations, peak periods and customs inspections may require more time; estimates are not guarantees.
Charges, duties and taxes
Available shipping charges are shown at checkout where supported. If separate freight pricing is required, we will contact you before dispatch. Unless expressly stated otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges are the customer's responsibility.
Address and tracking
Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Tracking is provided when available. Report visible shipping damage within 7 days and retain all packaging while we review the case.
Split shipments
Orders with multiple products may arrive separately. Available tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
